Sua is an experienced and highly organized Practice Manager with a proven track record in healthcare administration and patient support. She arrived in New Zealand from Thailand in 2000, and since then has held a number of key client-facing positions, including 8 years as a medical secretary in an Auckland ophthalmology practice.
Sua brings expertise in managing the day-to-day operations of a busy specialist practice. Her role encompasses reception management, coordinating complex appointment schedules, surgical bookings, insurance pre-authorizations, and liaising with hospitals and external providers. She excels at ensuring the seamless delivery of healthcare services, balancing the needs of patients, clinicians, and staff with efficiency and care.
Holding qualifications in Adult Education and Training, International Business, and Visual Communication Design, Sua brings a unique perspective to practice management, combining creativity with structured problem-solving.
Like the rest of the team at the New Zealand Prosthetic Eye Service she is passionate about patient care and the quality of the services we deliver.
